  1. 2026 rate
  2. How to compare
  3. Suspicious prices

If you are comparing clinics, the useful part of this page is the second section: what a quote has to state before it can be compared with another. Without those details, two figures do not mean the same thing.

Comparison table of hyaluronic acid, Sculptra and Radiesse: mechanism, when the result shows, duration and reversibility
What each product does. The reversibility column is the one that weighs most for a first treatment.

2026 rate

Filler is not quoted by «area» but by product and volume, and for a reason worth understanding before you compare: two people with the same complaint can need 1 ml and 4 ml. A closed per-area price that does not say how many millilitres it includes cannot be compared with anything — the same problem as botox units.

How it works here:

Payment: cash, debit card and credit card, with the option to split into instalments at the terminal under your own bank plan.

What a quote must state before you can compare it

Four facts. If a quote has them, it can be placed next to any other in Medellín; if one is missing, it is not cheaper — it is unmeasurable.

  1. Brand and exact product reference. «Hyaluronic acid» is not a brand. Within one family there are gels of very different densities and very different prices.
  2. How many millilitres it includes. This is the equivalent of botox units. A «cheek filler» can be 1 ml or 4 ml, and the price per millilitre changes the comparison entirely.
  3. INVIMA registration of the product. That is what separates a traceable product from one that came in informally.
  4. Who injects, and whether hyaluronidase is available. The first is a medical act; the second is the antidote to the serious complication.

The syringe is opened in front of you and the batch number goes into your record. If that does not happen, there is no way to know what you were given.

Where a low price stops adding up

With fillers the product arithmetic is even simpler than with botox: a branded syringe with INVIMA registration has a replacement cost the clinic cannot skip. When the final price gets too close to that cost, or drops below it, the difference comes from somewhere:

It is the same reasoning we apply to botox on the toxin price page, and it leads to the same conclusion: the number that matters is not the total, it is the total divided by what is actually applied.

Frequently asked questions

?How is dermal filler charged?
By product and volume, not by area. The reference unit is the millilitre, the way the unit is for botox. A per-area price that does not say how many millilitres it includes cannot be compared with any other.
?What must the quote include?
Brand and exact product reference, number of millilitres, INVIMA registration, who injects, and whether hyaluronidase is available in the clinic. And it must be given in writing before anything is applied.
?Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Cash, debit card and credit card are accepted, with the option to split into instalments at the terminal under your own bank plan and its interest.
?Is the consultation charged?
No. You are assessed, told which product and how much volume your case needs and what it costs, and you decide then. Nothing is paid before you know what will be applied.
